NeenOpal was tasked with reimagining the entire selling process at the stores - helping the Beauty Advisors sell more by giving them insights into customer’s buying behaviour. An android application was developed - using which the Beauty Advisors can capture customer details and products they purchased at the store in real-time. Product recommendations were also shown to the BAs - helping them cross-sell and up-sell products further, resulting in increasing the overall order value.
